Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We will review this on an annual basis.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00. We also offer free local delivery for orders $25.00+ within a 10-mile radius of 914 Maynor St, Nashville, TN. 

Shipping prices & times vary depending on location and service requested at checkout. When free shipping is selected we will choose the most economical option with tracking. This could mean ground shipping which could take 5+ days to arrive. Otherwise, we will ship as per the customer request and those packages should arrive as promised by the carrier. Example: Priority Mail - 2-3 day delivery.

We need 24-48 hours to process any order. Shipping times are only calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. You will receive a shipping email as soon as the order is fulfilled.

We do sell products that are Pre-Order only. Those products will have this listed in their description and provide shipping dates. We will NOT SHIP those products earlier than listed in the description so please read carefully. We have up until the last day listed the description to ship those products but often times it is earlier.
