Fall has arrived, and we are sharing some garden inspiration to get your garden in great shape for the next couple of seasons. Kelly Smith Trimble is the author of Vegetable Gardening Wisdom and opened up her space to share more.

For our next GardenStyle event we "headed" to the garden of Kelly Smith Trimble. She is an editor, writer, and gardener living in Knoxville, Tennessee. Her book Vegetable Gardening Wisdom, a collection of seasonal advice and inspiration for edible gardeners, was released in April 2019. We also included her book in our Spring Garden Box.

Kelly is currently the senior digital editorial director for HGTV, and she has also been a writer and editor for Southern Living, the National Park Foundation, and Bonnie Plants. During the 2020 growing season, Kelly has hosted a weekly vegetable gardening Q&A video series through HGTV's social networks, with more than a million views collectively. Her vegetable garden was featured in the June 2020 issue of Southern Living magazine as well.
